| Resumen en español | En el recorrido de mas de una década de haber implementado el Tribunal Federal de Justicia Administrativa el jucio en linea, seleccionar éste, en lugar de seguir el de la via tradicional, si bien significó un cambio de paradigma-a partir del 2020, el virus SARSCOv2---aceleró el proceso de su normalización, para los contribuyentes o administrados, para sus representantes legales, así como para las autoridades demandadas o del Tribunal Federal de Justicia Administrativa TFJA y demas servidores públicos de carácter administrativo, formandose sobre la marcha, en el uso gestión y manejo de las TIC.Ventajas del juicio en línea, entre otras: impartición pronta y expedita, mayor y mejor acceso a la justicia administrativa y beneficios para los actores en ahorros de tiempo, en la utilización mínima de papel, y en dinero consultando expedientes y presentación de promociones electrónicamente con expeditez, desde un dispositivo digital con acceso a internet, evitando al máximo acudir a las sedes del TFJA, gastar en transportación y los contagios por coronavirus19. |
| Resumen en inglés | In the course of more than a decade of having implemented the Federal Court of Administrative Justice the online trial, selecting this, instead of following the traditional route, although it meant a paradigm shift-as of 2020, the virus SARSCOv2 --- accelerated the process of its normalization, for taxpayers or administrators, for their legal representatives, as well as for the defendant authorities or the Federal Court of Administrative Justice and other public servants of an administrative nature, training on the fly, in the use, management and handling of ICT. Advantages of the online trial, among others: prompt and expeditious administration of administrative justice and benefits for the actors in time savings, in the minimum use of paper, and in money consulting files and presentation of promotions electronically with expeditiousness, from a digital device with internet access, avoiding as much as possible going to the TFJA headquarters and spending on transportation and infections by coronavirus19. |
