| Resumen en español | El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo, fundamentar los elementos que sustentan la necesidad de una transformación en la organización de la investigación en las universidades deportivas a partir de los grupos de investigación de cultura física. Dentro de los antecedentes investigativos se aprecia mucha espontaneidad en la integración de los grupos con pobre participación institucional, no se concibe el clima sociopsicológico necesario, limitado el carácter sistémico del proceso investigativo dentro del grupo, así como la importancia como espacio de práctica y aprendizaje. Los métodos aplicados se fundamentan en la dialéctica materialista, con el analítico−sintético e inductivo−deductivo para el procesamiento de información, inferencias y generalizaciones, la modelación y el método sistémico estructural funcional en la elaboración del modelo y la estrategia de implementación y otros métodos y técnicas como criterio de experto, observación, entrevistas y encuestas, obteniéndose como resultado fundamental la modelación para el proceso de ciencia e innovación tecnológica con su dinámica en el grupo de investigación y la estrategia de implementación. Estas propuestas plantean alternativas de solución a las brechas y limitaciones detectadas en estudios anteriores y se establecen elementos que propician una participación activa de todos los implicados en la solución del problema científico, una mayor inter y transdisciplinariedad de los resultados científicos y su introducción en la práctica, así como materializar la confrontación científica con el aprendizaje y formación permanente de las distintas generaciones de investigadores en la universidad y el sistema deportivo |
| Resumen en inglés | The present paperhas as objective, to base the elements that sustain the necessity of a transformation in the organization of the investigation in the sports universities from the groups of investigation of the physical culture, within the investigative antecedents a lot of spontaneity in the integration of groups with poor institutional participation, the necessary socio-psychological climate is not conceived, the systemic nature of the research process within the group is limited, as well as itsimportance as a space for practice and learning, among other elements, the methods applied are based on the materialist dialectic, with the analytic-synthetic and inductive-deductive for the processing of information, inferences and generalizations, the modeling and the functional structural systemic method in the elaboration of the model and the implementation strategy and other methods and techniques as an expert criterion I observation, interviews and surveys, obtaining as a fundamental result the modeling for the process of science and technological innovation with its dynamics in the research group and the implementation strategy, these proposals propose alternative solutions to the gaps and limitations detected in previous studies and elements are established that encourage the active participation of all those involved in the solution of the scientific problem, a greater interdisciplinary nature of the scientific results and their introduction in practice, as well as materializing the scientific confrontation with the learning and permanent formation of the different generations of researchers in the university and the sports system |
