| Resumen en inglés | This paper tries to consider the author José Saramago's writing as one which transmits, beyond meaning and imagination, real effects. Such transmission is due to the way this writer treats meaning emptiness. It is based in his book Blindness(SARAMAGO, 1995) commenting the presence of the voice and the look as objects, in the Lacanian sense of the term. According to Lacan, these objects are usually associated, articulated to the desire of the Other and fundamental to the subject in its first appearance. The issue is, therefore, to study the sublimation of these objects distinguishing them from the way they appear in the neurotic and perverse fantasy. That would be a lesson that art creation could give to the object treatment in the psychoanalytical experience |
| Resumen en portugués | Neste artigo, abordo a escrita de José Saramago como uma escrita que transmite efeitos de real além do sentido e da imaginação que promove. Essa transmissão ocorre pela forma como esse escritor trata o vazio da significação. Tomarei como base seu livro Ensaio sobre a cegueira (SARAMAGO, 1995), comentando nele a presença da voz e do olhar como objeto, no sentido lacaniano do termo. Segundo Lacan, esses objetos são primordiais no nascimento no sujeito, articulam-se ao desejo do Outro e comparecem, com freqüência, associados. Trata-se de estudar a criação desses objetos por meio da sublimação, distinguindo-os de como se apresentam fixados na fantasia neurótica ou perversa. Esta é uma lição a se retirar da criação artística para o tratamento do objeto na experiência psicanalítica |
