| Resumen en español | Se propone una aproximación sistémica para la definición de: conocimiento y el aprendizaje; tomando como base las orientaciones filosóficas y metodológicas de R. L. Ackoff, quien plantea un marco sistémico, integral, para operacionalizar los conceptos relacionados con esas definiciones. Se estudian, por tanto, las interrelaciones entre datos, información, conocimiento y entendimiento y los mecanismos de control que involucran hacer las cosas bien, con conocimiento y, por tanto, con eficiencia, y hacer lo correcto, tratando de incrementar la eficacia; es decir, tratar de entender el por qué se hace lo que se hace y si lo que se hace es lo correcto, todo esto con el fin de aclarar lo que puede o no aprenderse |
| Resumen en inglés | A systemic approach is proposed for defining: knowledge and learning; taking as a base the philosophical and methodological directions of R. L. Ackoff, who proposes a systemic, integral, framework to operationalize the concepts related to these those definitions. Therefore, interrelations between data, information, knowledge and understanding are studied, as well as the control mechanisms that are involved in “doing things right”, with knowledge and, therefore, with efficiency, and to make the right, correct, things trying to increase the effectiveness; that is to say, to try to understand why one do what it does and if what it does, is the right, the correct thing, all this with the purpose of clarifying what can be or can not be learned |
