| Resumen en español | La investigación tiene como principal objetivo definir si existe una correlación entre el nivel de educación sexual recibida y la protección prevista por los padres de familia ante una situación de abuso. Se recurrió a una muestra de 50 sujetos, 18 hombres y 32 mujeres. El promedio de edad de los hijos de dichas familias es de 14 años. El cuestionario “Protégeme” está constituido por 69 reactivos. Para 15 de ellos, se utilizó una escala tipo Likert. El resto de los reactivos tuvieron nivel de medición nominal. Una vez aplicado el instrumento, se procedió con el análisis estadístico mediante el uso del SPSS. Se buscaron las correlaciones correspondientes entre educación sexual recibida y protección prevista, obteniendo como resultado una correlación positiva |
| Resumen en inglés | The investigation objective is to find if there is a correlation between the level of received sexual education and the protection anticipated by the parents of family before an abuse situation. One resorted to a sample of 50 subjects, 18 men and 32 women. The average of age of the children of these families is of 14 years. The questionnaire “Protégeme” is constituted by 69 reagents. For 15 of them, was used a Likert scale. The rest of the reagents had level of nominal measurement. Once applied the instrument, results were showed with the statistical analysis by means of the use of the SPSS. The corresponding correlations between sexual education received and anticipated protection looked for, obtained as a result a positive correlation |
