| Resumen en español | El rescate de la memoria de los otros manifiesta la tarea fundamental del historiador en un esfuerzo por combatir las formas, usos y abusos del olvido. Se establece, pues, la tarea de salvaguardar la memoria individual y la social. El binomio memoria-historia, ubicadas en tiempo y espacio, definen el trabajo de rescate de historias de vida, a fin de conformar un cuerpo heurístico que contribuya al proceso hermenéutico. A partir de la metodología de historia oral, se pretende estimular que los individuos recuerden en libertad, para con ello incidir y propiciar los relatos biográficos que permitan construir historias diversas. Historiador e informante establecen una relación particular. Se reconoce la subjetividad y la parcialidad, sin detrimento del proceso de análisis e interpretación a que está obligado el trabajo propiamente histórico. Con ello, se pretende, más que una historia científica, construir historias plurales que recuperen la cotidianidad, formas de pensar y actuar individuales y colectivas, independientes de los intereses políticos y oficiales que pudieran regular o determinar historias oficiales, impuestas desde el poder |
| Resumen en inglés | Others memory rescue states the historian’s fundamental task in an effort to fight oblivion forms, uses and abuses. Therefore, a task is established to safeguard individual and social memory. Memory-history binomial, placed in time and space, define the rescue work of life stories, in order to make up a heuristic body that contributes to the hermeneutic process. Starting form an oral story methodology, it claims stimulating individuals to freely remember, in order to impinge on and propitiate biographical accounts that will permit the construction of diverse stories. Historian and informant establish a particular relationship. Subjectivity and partiality are recognized, without damaging the analysis process and the interpretation due to definite historical work. It is pretended, as a result, more than a scientific story, the construction of diverse stories that recover everyday life, individual and collective forms of thought and action, separated from political and official interests that could regulate or determine official stories, imposed by power |
