| Resumen en español | Esta es una revisión bibliográfica acerca del tratado de libre comercio entre Colombia y la Unión Europea, cuyos objetivos son: definir la situación previa al tratado de libre comercio con la unión europea; definir la situación posterior a la entrada en vigencia del TLC; definir los aspectos principales del acuerdo final y enunciar algunas situaciones del sector agrario en Colombia en cuanto al comercio con la Unión Europea. Asimismo la metodología se divide en las siguientes etapas: Recopilación de documentos bibliográficos; revisión y selección por temas; análisis de la información seleccionada y condensación y redacción del artículo. Además la realización del artículo permite concluir que: El proceso para la firma del acuerdo fue un proceso, que aunque benéfico, fue desintegrador para la comunidad andina de naciones; Las medidas de protección para algunos sectores colombianos son insuficientes; El sector agrícola colombiano es el mayor beneficiado por acuerdo con la UE |
| Resumen en inglés | This is a bibliographical review about the free trail agreement between Colombia and the European Union, which objectives are: Define the situation before the free trade agreement with the EU; define the situation that came after the FTA started to work; define the main topics about the final agreement and explain some of the situations around the Colombian agricultural sector and its relationship with the EU. Therefore, the methodology is divided in the next: Collection of different bibliographical documents; review and selection according to the topics; the selected information was analyzed and organized to finally redact the article. Besides this article lets the reader conclude the next: The process for the final agreement brought with it various situations that debilitated the relationship of The Andean Community; the protection measure for some of the Colombian agricultural sectors are not enough and the country’s agricultural sector is the most benefitted with the agreement with the EU |
