| Resumen en español | Nos proponemos identificar trayectoria político - intelectual del historiador Luis Vitale (1927 - 2010), mediante una biografía que reconoce procesos históricos, debates y redes intelectuales relevantes, considerando su expe rie ncia como una manifestación más dentro del pensamiento latinoamericanista de segunda mitad del siglo XX. Abordamos su identidad, formación y vínculos intelectuales en Argentina hasta 1954. Luego en Chile dentro del movimiento obrero hasta el golpe milit ar de 1973. El exilio se ha reconstruido mediante su epistolario, finalizando con el retorno al país y la colaboración con intelectuales provenientes de los movimientos sociales de nuevo tipo. El resultado es una breve biografía que pretende aportar en la pue sta en valor de su archivo personal ubicado en la Universidad de Santiago |
| Resumen en inglés | We propose to identify the political - intellectual traject ory of the historian Luis Vitale (1927 - 2010), through a biography that recognizes historical processes, debates and relevant intellectual networks, considering his experience as another manifestation within the Latin Americanist thought of the second half of the 20th century. We addressed their identity, formation and intellectual ties in Argentina until 1954. Then in Chile within the labor movement, until the military coup of 1973. The exile has been reconstructed by means of its correspondence, ending wit h t he return to the country and the collaboration with intellectuals from the social movements of a new type. The result is a brief biography that aims to contribute to the enhancement of your personal file located at the University of Santiago |
