| Spanish abstract | Amartya Sen sostiene que “la diversidad humana no es una compilación secundaria (a ser ignorada, o introducida “posteriormente”), sino que es un aspecto fundamental de nuestro interés en la equidad” (1992, p.9). En la diversidad se encuentra la riqueza de las ideas de los sujetos con la finalidad de construir juntos un mundo más habitable. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar algunas variables que inciden en nuestro objeto de estudio que es la inclusión educativa y proporcionar algunas recomendaciones para su implementación con sentido de equidad. Ante esta situación problemática, surgen las preguntas de investigación: ¿Qué se entiende por inclusión? ¿Qué elementos intervienen en su aplicación? ¿Cuáles son sus antecedentes? ¿Qué acciones estratégicas se pueden implementar? Se utiliza una metodología de corte mixto, descriptiva, documental e interpretativa. Este trabajo está dirigido para docentes, investigadores, alumnos y para todas aquellas personas que estén interesadas en el tema. En cuanto a los hallazgos, podemos mencionar que existe opacidad semántica del concepto inclusión, y que el uso de éste depende del país en turno, pero de la forma de aplicar las acciones y de sus actores, dependerá que tenga éxito, ya que no existe una definición unitaria y de ahí el grado de dificultad para su interpretación. Este tema es de novedad científica, ya que es objeto de estudio de investigadores y diferentes tipos de organismos. “Con respecto a la inclusión hay que crear condiciones que garanticen una educación de calidad y reconocer las diferentes capacidades, estilos y ritmos de aprendizaje de los educandos” |
| English abstract | Amartya Sen argues that “human diversity is not a secondary compilation (to be ignored, or introduced later), but is a fundamental aspect of our interest in equity” (1992, p.9). Diversity is the richness of the ideas of individuals with the aim of building together a more functional world. The objective of this work is to analyze some variables that affect our object of study that is educational inclusion and to provide some recommendations for its implementation with a sense of equity. Faced to this problematic situation, the research questions arise are: what do we mean by inclusion? which elements are involved in its application? What is its background? what strategic actions can be implemented? A mixed, descriptive, documentary and interpretive methodology is used. This work is meant for teachers, researchers, students and all those who are interested in the subject. As for the findings, we can mention that there is semantic opacity of the inclusion concept, and that the use of this depends on each country, it will depend on the way we apply the actions if it is successful or not, since it does not exist a unitary nation and therefore the degree of difficulty for its interpretation. This topic is of scientific originality, since it is the object of study of researchers and different types of entities. “With regard to inclusion, we must create conditions that guarantee quality education and recognize the different skills, styles and learning rhythms” |
