| Spanish abstract | Rescatado por el autor del presente trabajo, el Reglamento sobre hipotecas, censos y naves de 20 de mayo de 1848, resulta ser una pieza clave en el desarrollo del sistema de registro inmobiliario que Chile adoptará en el futuro Reglamento para la oficina del registro conservatorio de bienes raíces de 24 de junio de 1857. Estudiar por tanto las fuentes del sistema español de registración, las leyes patrias sobre prelación de créditos de 1845 y 1854, además del Reglamento sobre hipotecas, censos y naves de 20 de mayo, es de gran relevancia para la reconstrucción de la Historia del registro inmobiliario en Chile |
| English abstract | Rescued by the author of this work, the Regulation on mortgages, censuses and ships of May 20, 1848, turns out to be a key piece in the development of the real estate registration system that Chile will adopt in the future Regulation for the office of the conservatory registry of real estate of June 24, 1857. To study therefore the sources of the Spanish system of registration, the national laws on priority of credits of 1845 and 1854, besides the Regulation on mortgages, censuses and ships of May 20, is of great importance for the reconstruction of the History of the real estate registry in Chile |
