| English abstract | The purpose of this article was to make a reflection on the relationship of mutual influence between cultures in society and the organization. Based on the hypothesis that there is a conflict between these two cultural backgrounds, we made an assessment of the capitalist social formation in its early symbolic and virtual, since when there are some attributes that underlie two basic aspects for the consumer: the satisfaction material needs and the value sign. The analysis concluded as the objective link individual and how to link subjective image that define degrees of influence between the cultures, based on skill levels and educational society, which defines the degree of convergence of cultures in society with the organization |
| Portuguese abstract | O propósito desse artigo foi o de fazer uma reflexão sobre a relação de influência mútua entre as culturas da sociedade e da organização. Partindo-se da hipótese de que existe um conflito entre estas duas formações culturais, procurou-se fazer uma avaliação da formação social capitalista em sua fase simbólica e virtual, desde quando existem alguns atributos que permeiam dois aspectos básicos em relação ao consumidor: a satisfação das necessidades materiais e o valor signo. A análise deduziu como elo objetivo o indivíduo e como elo subjetivo a imagem que delimitam graus de influências entre as culturas, tendo como base os níveis de conhecimento e formação educacional da sociedade, que define o grau de convergência das culturas da sociedade com a da organização empresarial |
