| Spanish abstract | En este comentario, el autor sintetiza las posturas expuestas por Chiuminatto en su conferencia y concuerda con varias de sus críticas al proyecto de ley que crea el Ministerio de las Culturas, las Artes y el Patrimonio. Sin embargo, difiere respecto de las intenciones políticas detrás del proyecto y atribuye sus debilidades a una desmesura legislativa que no previó lo difícil que es coordinar una lógica progresista y contemporánea con la lógica de un modelo de Estado que es herencia directa del Estado-nación del siglo XIX |
| English abstract | The author of this commentary summarizes the positions set out by Chiuminatto in his lecture and concurs with a number of his criticisms of the bill establishing the Ministry of Cultures, the Arts and Heritage. However, he disagrees with him about the political intentions behind the bill and attributes its weaknesses to legislative overreach, with a failure to foresee how difficult it would be to reconcile a progressive, contemporary logic with the logic of a model of the State that descends directly from the nation-State of the nineteenth century |
