| Spanish abstract | Históricamente se puede desarrollar un profundo estudio acerca del delito de violación, cómo era observado en cada época y por lo tanto la forma de sancionarlo. A pesar de que la violación no fue categorizada como delito, si se presentaban estas agresiones sexuales las cuales deben ser comprendidas por las estructuras sociales y políticas de cada momento. Lo más importante de tocar el tema de este tipo de criminalidad es cómo el Estado diseñará las políticas preventivas para reducir estos índices de tan lamentable trasgresión a la norma vigente. Se plantea por lo tanto un enfoque donde diferentes causas convergen para tratar de acercarse de una manera más objetiva al problema y brindar mejores soluciones al mismo |
| English abstract | Historically can develop a deep study on the crime of rape, as was observed in every age and therefore how to punish it. Despite the fact that rape was not categorized as a criminal offence, if presented these sexual assaults which must be understood by social and political structures of each moment. The most important thing to touch the subject of this type of crime is how the State will design preventive policies to reduce these rates so dismal transgression to the current standard.
