| Resumen en español | Procedimiento para la administración del capital de trabajo. Caso: Hotel N-H Krystal Laguna Villas & Resort, es de gran importancia, pues las decisiones de inversión a corto plazo tomadas por la entidad radica la mayor responsabilidad de su administración financiera. Tales disposiciones, cuando se relacionan con el corto plazo tendrían que ver con los niveles de inversión en activos circulantes, en otras palabras con su Capital de Trabajo, resulta una herramienta disponible en aras de contribuir al control y planificación de dichos recursos, por lo que contó con la aceptación por parte de la administración del negocio. La misma abarca fundamentos teóricos del Capital de Trabajo, características generales y específicas del sector turístico cubano. En su desarrollo se elaboró un procedimiento que permitió demostrar e identificar las fluctuaciones cíclicas del Capital de Trabajo de la entidad objeto de estudio en el período de fluctuación estacional. Esto permitió definir su repercusión en el modelo de cálculo del saldo óptimo de efectivo y a la vez precisó los niveles requeridos en ingresos y en algunos gastos relacionados con dicha estación cíclica. El procedimiento utilizado puede ser aplicado a cualquier entidad relacionada con la actividad turística que experimente fluctuaciones cíclicas y es aplicable a cualquier período deseado. | Resumen en inglés | The same one was endorsed as of great since importance in the short term investment decisions taken by the entity the biggest responsibility in their financial administration resides. Such dispositions, when they are related with the short term they would have to do with the investment levels in active circulating, in other words, with their Capital of Work. This investigation was an available tool for the sake of contributing to the control and planning of these resources, for what had the acceptance on the part of the administration of the business. The same one was structured in three chapters embracing theoretical foundations of the Capital of Work, general and specific characteristics of the Cuban tourist sector. In their development a procedure was elaborated that allowed to demonstrate and to identify the recurrent fluctuations of the Capital of Work of the entity study object in the period of seasonal fluctuation. This allowed defining their repercussion in the pattern of calculation of the good balance of cash for the year 2008 and at the same time he/she specified the levels required in revenues and in some expenses related with this recurrent station. The used procedure can be applied to any entity related with the tourist activity that experiences recurrent fluctuations and it is applicable to any wanted period.
