| Resumen en español | Se trata de un artículo que pretende dar a conocer la fuerza que tienen los vínculos débiles simulados como vínculos fuertes en la red social de migrantes trabajadores de nicaragüenses en Costa Rica. Para el análisis se observa el fenómeno de la migración desde el capital social de Bourdieu (2001) y Coleman (1988), así como de los análisis realizados por Granovetter (2000) en cuanto a la fuerza de los vínculos débiles. Mediante la realización de treinta entrevistas a los integrantes de una red que se denominó como agrícola, se logra observar que la recomendación que un actor de la red hace para que un tercero ingrese a un trabajo remunerado, se hace simulando que se conoce y que se da fe sobre las habilidades del futuro trabajador. Este simulacro del vínculo débil como fuerte, es lo que finalmente permite el éxito en la inserción laboral del migrante |
| Resumen en inglés | This is an article that it tries to present the force that has the simulated weak bonds like strong bonds in the social network of working migrants of Nicaraguan in Costa Rica. For the analysis the phenomenon of the migration is observed from social capital of Bourdieu (2001) and Coleman (1988) theories, as well as of the analyses made by Granovetter (2000) as far as the force of the weak bonds. By means of the accomplishment of thirty interviews to the members of a network that was denominated like agriculturist, it is managed to observe that the recommendation that an actor of the network does so that third he enters to a remunerated work, it is done simulating that is known and that occurs faith on the abilities of the working future. This simulation of the weak bond like strong, it is what finally it allows the success in the labor insertion of the migrant |
