| Resumen en español | La reflexión sobre el ser Caribe corresponde a una visión integral realizada en torno al hombre y la mujer dentro de una región determinada. La investigación tiene como objetivo interpretar el identitario de valores y expresiones del hombre y la mujer del Caribe colombiano desde el punto de vista de los valores, lo ontológico y lingüístico, para, de este modo, situar al hombre y la mujer en su contexto cultural; aspecto este que lo hace aparecer como un ser autóctono y genuino en sus expresiones y en sus características comportamentales, lo que reafirma el objetivo de la investigación: identificar las características axiológicas y lingüísticas del hombre y la mujer Caribe en su contexto y praxis diaria. La metodología del estudio respondió a un enfoque cualitativo carácter etnográfico, aunque se tomaron ciertos datos cuantitativos que ayudaron a la conceptualización del estudio, para llegar a conclusiones como los usos dialectales que contextualizan buena parte de la interacción social del hombre y la mujer del Caribe colombiano |
| Resumen en inglés | This reflection on being Caribbean corresponds to an integral vision of men and women within a given region. The research aims to interpret the identity of values and expressions of men and women in the Colombian Caribbean from the viewpoint of values, what is ontological and linguistic, in order to situate these men and women in their cultural context, an aspect that makes them appear as native, genuine beings in their expressions and behavioral characteristics. This confirms the research objectives of identifying the axiological and linguistic characteristics of Caribbean men and women in context and daily practice. The methodology uses an ethnographic, qualitative approach, although some quantitative data were collected that helped to conceptualize the study. Conclusions included the use of dialects that contextualize a good part of the social interaction of men and women in the Colombian Caribbean |
