| Resumen en inglés | The migraine is one of the main reasons of neurological consultation and due to the great number of sufferings that can go accompanied by this symptom it is important to elaborate an approach of correct study to achieve an appropriate diagnostic and effective treatment. The fundamental step in the study of the migraines will be centered in their very classification that rules to divide them in primary and secondary; in the first case the migraine is the illness itself, in the second case, it is a symptom of another illness; as of 2004 due to the publication of the new migraines’ international classification the approaches for the diagnosis of migraine were restructured, likewise, he/she a new sub-classification of psycho-tensional migraines was integrated as well as other types not classified before |
