| Resumen en español | El objetivo de la investigación fue evaluar la sostenibi-lidad agraria en la Granja Genética El Abra para ob-tener resultados productivos de eficiencia en la mis-ma. Esta investigación se centró en el sistema agrario característico de la Granja Genética El Abra de la Empresa Pecuaria El Tablón, en áreas seleccionadas de la referida granja donde se contabiliza un territorio cuyo carácter agrario y rural queda patente por la im-portancia de la superficie agraria útil (SAU), las cuales se reparten entre las explotaciones agrarias existen-tes en la zona. La elección de esta área como caso de estudio se justifica en primer lugar por criterios de interés práctico, al tratarse de un caso representativo de granja genética. La adecuación de este caso viene dada, además, por sus propias características técni-cas, sociales y económicas y la disponibilidad para el acceso a la información. Al aplicar dicha evaluación los resultados obtenidos exponen que en los indica-dores económico-financieros, técnicos y sociales la granja es altamente insostenible. La inestabilidad de la herramienta propuesta, permite no solo la aplicación a otros sistemas productivos dentro o fuera de la em-presa, sino que al incluir otras variables importantes o eliminar aquellas de muy poca importancia, es posible ajustarla |
| Resumen en inglés | The objective of the investigation was to evaluate the agrarian sustainability in the Genetic Farm El Abra to obtain efficient productive results in the same one. This investigation was centered in the agrarian sys-tem characteristic of the Genetic Farm El Abra of the Cattle Company El Tablon, in selected areas of the re-ferred farm where a territory is counted whose agrarian and rural character is patent for the importance of the useful agrarian surface (UAS), which are distributed among the existent agrarian exploitations in the area. The election of this area as a case of study is justified in the first place for approaches of practical interest, when being a representative case of genetic farm. The adaptation of this case comes given, also, for its own technical, social and economic characteristics and the readiness for the access to the information. When applying this evaluation they obtained results expose that in the economic-financial, technicians and social indicators the farm is highly untenable. The instability of the proposed tool, not allows only the application of other productive systems inside or outside of the company, but rather when including other important variables or eliminating those of very little importance, it is possible to adjust it |
