| Spanish abstract | Los dolores de crecimiento son una entidad clínica que aún no tiene una causa bien fundamentada, existen muchas teorías que intentan explicar la etiopatogenia como la teoría de la fatiga, la teoría anatómica, la teoría emocional, la teoría del crecimiento entre otras. Se presenta en un grupo etario bien establecido de 3 a los 12 años, con una prevalencia de 2,6 y 49,4%. El diagnóstico es enteramente clínico, el pilar terapéutico son los ejercicios de estiramiento, asociados a Antiinflmatorios No Esteroideos (AINES) o analgésicos |
| English abstract | Growing pains are a clinical entity that even does nothave a based reason because there are many theories that try to explain the ethiopathogeny as the theory of the fatigue theory, the anatomical theory, emotional theory, growth theory among others. It comes in a well-established age group of 3 to 12 years, with a prevalence of 2.6 and 49.4%. The diagnosis is entirely clinical, the therapeutic pillar are stretching exercises which are associated with Non- Steroidal Anti- Inflammatory (NSAIDs) or analgesics |
