English abstract | Secondary particles produced by primary cosmic rays are affected by diverse atmospheric factors such as pressure and temperature. The Atmospheric Electric Field is one such factor. There is evidence that during electric storms the counting rate of particles can increase considerably. In this work we look at the relationship between the Atmospheric Electric Field and the secondary particles, at the Chacaltaya Cosmic Ray Physics Laboratory, under two distinct weather conditions: good and unsettled weather |
