| Spanish abstract | En el presente documento se delinean los elementos que llevan a considerar la realidad psico-colectiva como hecha de comunicación cotidiana, donde se conjugan los afectos y las cogniciones que le dan sentido. Esta realidad está hecha de comunicación intersubjetiva desde el principio de experiencia compartida y de desarrollo de sentido común. Su ofrecimiento es la posibilidad de transformar, aprender, construir, de asimilar la cultura de la organización, en el entendido que la realidad colectiva no solamente está constituida de acción recíproca entre dos o más objetos, sino también de coincidencia en el tiempo y espacio. La lectura psico-colectiva que se propone permite distinguir la dicotomía individuo-sociedad y recuperar la lectura terciaria que considera a lo otro, (cultural, contexto) para encontrar el sentido de lo colectivo |
| English abstract | This document delineates the elements that lead to take psycho-collective reality as made out of daily communication, where affection and cognition combine to give it sense. This reality is made out of inter-subjective communication, rooted on the principle of shared experience and the development of common sense. It offers the possibility of transforming, learning, building, assimilating the organizational culture, understanding that collective reality is not solely made out of reciprocal action between two or more objects, but also out of coincidence in time and space. The psycho-collective reading that is here proposed allows us to recognize the individual-societal dichotomy and to recapture the tertiary reading which takes into account other elements (culture, context) in order to discover the sense of the collective |
