| Spanish abstract | El presente artículo da cuenta de un análisis referido a la guerra insurgente y al proceso de negociaciones emprendido entre el Estado y la guerrilla de las FARC. Este estudio abarca tanto la teoría de negociación de con fl ictos aplicada al caso colombiano como también los resultados de dichas negociaciones. Finalmente, se efectúan algunas re fl exiones en relación al complejo escenario poscon fl icto, abarcando temáticas tales como la eventual reducción de efectivos de la Fuerza Pública, la desmovilización e incorporación a la sociedad de las guerrillas de las FARC y la construcción de la Memoria Histórica del conflicto armado interno en Colombia |
| English abstract | This article reports an analysis based on the insurgent war and the process of negotiations undertaken between the government and the FARC. This study covers both con fl ict negotiation theory applied to the Colombian case as well as the results of these negotiations. Finally, some insights are made regarding the complex post-con fl ict scenario, covering issues such as the possible downsizing of the Armed Forces (Public Forces), demobilization and integration into society of the guerrillas of the FARC and the construction of the historical memory of the internal armed con fl ict in Colombian |
