| English abstract | The present article pretends, from a historical, juridical and political perspective, to invite to the reflection on the possible scopes of the competition of the International Criminal Court -Statute of Rome-, which although it is true that incorporates a complementary justice, it´s also true that its limits are to be defined, in the measurement in which, in a context of globalization, the international community, increasingly, is attentive and intolerable opposite to the crimes against the humanity |
