| English abstract | We present some notes on the concept of nature fr om a critical perspective in epistemology. We posit the disassemb ly of the founding fracture of the capitalist system and modern science: the na ture-society dualism. Hu - man alienation from nature gives substance to its c ommodification. Similarly, fragmented knowledge and science subdivided into in creasingly specialized disciplines are functional to the status quo.
