| Spanish abstract | El propósito de este artículo es crear el Libro Tercero de la Ley de Amparo, dedicado única y exclusivamente al amparo en materia penal, al amparo habeas corpus; al amparo de la vida y de la libertad y a crear el amparo de barandilla; sin embargo, a la fecha de su elaboración está pendiente por aprobarse el proyecto de Ley de Amparo, por la Cámara de Diputados, que de promulgarse cambiaria el propósito del artículo, mas no de su contenido y estudio, pues solamente se traduciría en crear el Título Sexto de la que sería la nueva Ley de Amparo, ya que se contienen en cinco Títulos, y ubicarlo en el texto de los artículos correspondientes, que en poco difieren de su contenido actual |
