English abstract The architecture is born as a natural need to meet human needs utilitarian, but also as a way to reflect their culture. Emerges from the man and behind him, becoming logically a man-made phenomenon. In contemporary architecture one can see two architectural aspects, first, the super modern architecture coupled to a global stylistic for which anthropogenic feature of the architecture is being lost, because their relationship with place is omitted privileging the image and generating an-anthropic design. In contrast, the emerging architecture in some architects and groups develop projects that involve people living in precarious conditions, using simple mechanisms such as organizing and dialogue with the community, achieving identity with the urban fabric. The objective of this paper is therefore to analyze the conditions under which each of the emerging paradigms: the super modern architecture as international discourse and the emerging architecture, and how both are diluted in the current architectural demonstrations. Boosting man-centered is important architecture, either by promoting the development of interdisciplinary projects with social benefits, as well as analyzing the architectural proposals that do not belong to the gateway of aesthetics city, thus, flagging an architecture that will enable us to the encounter with an anthropic phenomenon. The analysis result shows that the architecture, above fulfill an aesthetic function, must commit to satisfy all ranges that the population has
