| English abstract | Innumerable researches have been carried out trying to give a reliable explanation about the physiopathogenic of the migraine, however it is until the recent history when through the modern technology the fundamental aspects of the physiopathogenic of the migraine have been able to be dictated based on the neuronal cortical hyper-excitability during the interictal phase, cortical depression spread as base to explain the aura, the peripheral and central trigeminal activation to explain the painful phase, the polemic concept of progressive damage of the periaqueductal gray matter that can explain some aspects of the sensitization and the genotypical changes expressed in this disorder |
