| Spanish abstract | El propósito de este artículo es describir el uso de la biblioteca por los profesores universitarios, caracterizar las actividades de promoción del aprendizaje en las que se le involucra y dar a conocer voces de profesores universitarios respecto a su experiencia en el uso de la información bibliográfica en sus prácticas educativas. durante 2012 se recolectaron registros históricos del uso de la biblioteca Francisco Xavier Clavigero de la Universidad iberoamericana Ciudad de México (UIACM) y se llevaron a cabo siete entrevistas sobre la práctica docente de catedráticos de diferentes departamentos de esta universidad. los resultados que se presentan incluyen estadísticas de uso de la biblioteca por parte de los maestros, una tipología de actividades para lograr el aprendizaje de los alumnos, algunas experiencias con las colecciones y servicios bibliotecarios en voz de los profesores y, finalmente, recomendaciones para el aula y la biblioteca |
| English abstract | The purpose of this article is to describe the use of the library by university professors, to characterize the learning promotion activities which involve the library and to present voices of university professors in relation to his experience in the use of the bibliographic information in their educational practices.During 2012 historical records of use of the library Francisco Xavier Clavigero, Universidad Iberoamericana city of Mexico (UIACM) were collected and seven interviews were held about the teaching practice of professors of different departments of the University. The results presented here include: statistics of teacher ́s library use, a typology of learning promotion activities involving the library, some teaching experiences about library collection and services and recommendation for the classroom and the library |
