| Spanish abstract | Solemos pensar que el futuro nos depara mejores condiciones de vida y de trabajo, y que la educación podría ayudarnos a incrementar la posib i- lidad de desarrollo humano e independencia económica; reflexión que se centra en la base de la formación de cuadro s científicos para la inve s- tigación y la docencia y en el aumento de la base científica de la pobl a- ción en general. Aquí compartimos las ideas que presentan la diferencia entre las motivaciones de las personas para hacer el trabajo científico y el comporta miento real de los miembros jóvenes y consolidados; si este es el caso, la diferencia entre el desarrollo esperado y el logro real puede reducirse con mejoras en la formación de nuevos científicos y la form a- ción de un ambiente retroalimentado en el que deb en trabajar para ayudar realmente al progreso social |
| English abstract | We think that the future is full with better opportunities for work and a better standard of living awaits us, all driven by education offering be t- ter prospects for develop ment and fueling the economic progress; this reflection is key in the foundation to build a scientific base to carry on investigation and teaching as well as to aspire to increase the scientific knowledge of the society as a whole. Here we unveil ideas pre senting the difference between people motivations to do scientific work and a c- tual behavior of junior and senior members, if this is the case, the diff e r- ence between the expected development and the actual achievement can be decreased with improvements in the formation of new scientists and the ecosystem where they should work to really assist the social progress |
