Il s’agit pas seulement d’aborder la question en termes d’influences idéologiques ou de modèle politique. | English abstract | This article describes the evolution of federalism in Nueva Granada between 1780 and 1853. The subject is approached not only in terms of the ideological influences or the political model, but rather trying to demonstrate how the idea of federalism permitted the conceptual and practical transition from institutional and territorial plurality of the Spanish Empire to popular modern sovereignty. This article explores, from this perspective, the different configurations of the “neogranadino” federalism until the central-federal constitution is established |
