| Spanish abstract | El artículo realiza una presentación de las justicias de los pueblos indoamericanos, mostrando la ruptura entre su filosofía y el reconocimiento constitucional de la diversidad étnica y cultural de la nación colombiana. Para hacerlo analiza la relación lengua-justicia, apuntando a la ruptura de la mismidad y el totalitarismo de la tradición jurídica occidental mediante el reconocimiento de una doble alteridad lingüística: El otro con rostro humano y el otro con los múltiples rostros de la naturaleza, es así, como se hablará de una pluralidad de lenguas filosóficas y una pluralidad de lenguas naturales |
| English abstract | The speech makes a presentation of justices of Amerindian people, showing the break between their philosophy and the constitutional recognition of the Colombian ethnic and cultural diversity. To do it, it analyzes the relationship language-justice, pointing at the break of the personal identity and the totalitarianism of the western legal tradition through the recognition of a double linguistic alterity: the other with a human face, and the other with multiple faces of nature, in this way, we it talks about a plurality of philosophic languages and a plurality of natural languages |
